- We can set up the electronic settlement workspace in PEXA
- We will provide you usage of our trust account
- We can also attend to stamping of the contract if required.
- Once the transfer and settlement adjustment documents are ready in PEXA they will be sent for approval to you before sign off.
- All original documents will be sent back to your office.
