Russell Kelly & Associates is a Norwest NSW law firm providing practical legal advice to individuals, families, business owners and entrepreneurs. From our Norwest office, we assist clients throughout the Hills District, including Bella Vista, Castle Hill, Baulkham Hills, Kellyville and Rouse Hill.
Our practice has a particular focus on property law and conveyancing, together with business and commercial law, Wills and estates, selected family law matters, commercial disputes and Notary Public services.

Property law is a significant area of our practice. We assist with residential and commercial property transactions, conveyancing, property development, strata matters, commercial and retail leasing and related property issues.
Our practice includes the expertise of a Law Society Accredited Specialist in Property Law.
Business and Commercial Advice
We advise businesses and business owners on commercial transactions, business structures, companies, trusts and partnerships, commercial agreements, franchising, leasing and commercial disputes.
Where appropriate, we can work alongside a client’s accountant, financial adviser or other professional advisers so that legal issues can be considered as part of the broader commercial transaction.
Wills, Estates and Future Planning
We assist clients with Wills, Powers of Attorney, Enduring Guardianship, Probate, deceased estates, testamentary trusts and contested estate matters.
Notary Public Services
Russell Kelly provides Notary Public services, including notarisation, certification and witnessing of documents, particularly documents intended for use overseas.

Russell Kelly
Admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales and the High Court of Australia in 1972. Russell practises principally in property, business and commercial law, property development and contested estate matters.
He was appointed a Law Society Accredited Specialist in Property Law in 1994.
